We have been awarded the "Best Companies to work for in ASIA 2019" at HR ASIA AWARDS held by HR Asia (Headquarter: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia), which is a personnel evaluation organization.

　　
STAR TO ASIA CO.,LTD (Headquarter: 13F., No.36, Sec. 3, Bade Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105608, Taiwan (R.O.C.), Chairman: Teppei Fujiwara) today announced that we have been awarded the "Best Companies to work for in ASIA 2019" at HR ASIA AWARDS (https://awards.hrasiamedia.com/) held by HR Asia in nine Asian markets (11 countries) to give praise to companies providing excellent personnel systems and comfortable working environments.

◆ The selection criteria for "Best Companies to Work for in Asia"
HR ASIA evaluates companies according to the following survey items and selects excellent companies in the HR field.
 
Investigation
① Questionnaire survey to employees: A evaluation questionnaire from HR Asia is sent to about 50 employees
② Submission of report materials
③ Interview by investigation specialists
 
Evaluation axis
The survey and evaluation are conducted on the following three axes.
① Core: Does the company have an inclusive work environment and inclusiveness of employees?
② Self: Are employees' thoughts and spirits sound?
③ Group: Are there concepts, consciousness, and actions of teamwork?

We are still a start-up company established in 2014, but we have been working to create a working environment since our establishment, which was highly evaluated in this award. We will continue to aim to create a better company while conducting management based on our corporate philosophy.
